How Hold 'em High Poker is Similar to the Texas Game

Hold 'em High Poker is closely related to the famous Texas Hold 'em style of play. Unlike stud or draw poker, in Hold 'em games, your hand is a combination of a certain number of community cards and your own private "hole" cards. It becomes interesting because everyone uses the same community cards, but only the individual player can combine them with hole cards to form a hand. So if the community cards have a pair of Aces, it doesn't really help anyone - unless you also have an Ace. In Hold 'em High Poker, the only difference is that you are playing against the odds. There are no other players or dealers to get in the way. How you use the community cards is up to you.

Look at the cards and decide whether to fold, call, or raise. If you fold, you lose your bet and the round is over. Place a new ante bet and you can start another round. If you don't think you will have a winning hand, choose this option to minimize losses.
